There are many other motor sports which can be considered racing but they are not classified as officially. For example, a person can set up a karting track in their back yard. This type of racing is not recognized by the oval track association, but it is still well worth a visit. You will find a large field with lots of space to race. Another example would be a dirt motor track where you could race dirt bikes or other type of vehicles without using an oval track.
